Rental Application Checklist

1. Each adult planning to reside in the household MUST complete a separate application.
2. Download your application(s) and fill them out completely.
3. A criminal background and credit check will be done on each adult.
4. Bring your completed applications to the office with your application fee(s), proof of income and picture i.d. for each applicant.
5. The screening process will take approximately 2-3 days to complete.
